Theatre North West is committed to respecting the personal information of all Theatre North West patrons. We make every effort to ensure that the information you share with us is retained securely. In order to protect the privacy of our supporters and patrons, Theatre North West has the following policies.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION:
Theatre North West collects personal information (such as addresses, phone numbers, or ticket history) only from ticket buyers, donors, sponsors and others who have actively shown an interest in the Company. Individuals will be informed about the purposes for which this information will be used when a purchase is made at the theatre.
STORAGE OF INFORMATION:
Personal information is retained securely in our database and in hard copy at Theatre North West. Only authorized Theatre North West personnel and those handling subscription bookings at Theatre North West's central ticket agent have access to this information. Personal information that is no longer required to fulfil the stated purpose will be destroyed.
USE OF INFORMATION:
Theatre North West does not share our mailing lists or patron information with other organizations. We use personal information to better serve our patrons to expand our community, and to thank you for your support. Primarily this includes: -mailings and phone calls to provide information about tickets and donations -mailings to issue tax receipts -mailings and phone calls to invite supporters to special events or fundraisers
SENSITIVE INFORMATION:
Theatre North West will not collect sensitive information about an individual.
CHANGES TO THEATRE NORTH WEST SOCIETY PRIVACY POLICY:
Theatre North West reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at any time and notify its customers by posting an updated version of the policy on its website.
