Sewing Camps for Children & Youth
Spring Break Beginner Sewing Camp
This camp is designed for children between 10 and 15 years old with little or no sewing experience, or ages 8-10 years old with experience.
The camp runs from 9am to 12pm from Monday March 14th to Friday March 18th. During this time, campers will complete multiple projects to take home.
Spring Break Intermediate/Advanced Sewing Camp
This camp is designed for children between 10 and 17 years old with some sewing experience.
The camps runs from 1:30-4:30pm from Monday March 14th to Friday March 18th. During this time, campers will complete multiple projects to take home.
Summer Sewing for Young Children
7 yrs – 10 yrs, 3 hour per day, 4 days
This class is designed for young children with an interest in learning to sew.
The dates of the camp will be:
June 27 – 30 (9 am – 12 pm or 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm)
August 2 – 5 (9 am – 12 pm or 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm)
Beginner Class
This class is designed for children 11-15 years old with no or little sewing experience, or ages 8-10 years old with experience. The camps consist of 3 hours per day for 5 days. The students will make 1 project per day., 3 hours per day, 4 days (1 project per day)
Morning camp will run July 4-8 from 9am-12pm
Afternoon camps will run July 11-15 and July 25-29 from 1:30-4:30pm
Intermediate Class
This class is designed for children ages 12-17 with some sewing experience, those who attended last year’s sewing camps, and children ages 10-12 with considerable sewing experience. The projects are more challenging than the Beginners class and some projects are multi-day projects. This camp consists of 3 hours per day for 5 days.
Morning camps will run July 18 – 22 and July 25 – 29 from 9 am – 12 pm
Afternoon camp will run July 4 – 8 from 1:30 – 4:30pm
Advanced Class
This class is designed for those who have completed the intermediate class, sew often at home, or are 14-18 years old and wish to learn more complex sewing skills. The camp consists of 3 hours per day over 5 days.
The morning camp will run July 11-15 from 9 am – 12 pm
The afternoon camp will run July 18 – 22 from 1:30 – 4:30 pm
